Student Organization Expense Request Form

1) Expense must benefit the student body as a whole and be at least made available to all students.

2) A current constitution, student organization officer list, and adviser approval form must be on file with Student Senate to be considered an active student organization in order to request funds.

3) Funds must be spent according to the original request. Deviations from this must be approved by Student Senate prior to spending funds or reimbursement cannot be guaranteed. Clubs must adhere and acknowledge all guidelines for clubs stated in Board Policy 3300.

4) Student Senate has the authority to approve, deny, amend, or request additional information for any request for funding.

5) Prior to disbursement of funds, a scanned receipt, quote, or invoice needs to be sent to Student Senate: studentsenate@campus.peru.edu
